Refund & Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing Stratyn. We strive to provide transparent billing and delivery for all our AI credit packages and custom business blueprint generation services.

1. Digital Credits & Instant Delivery

Upon successful payment confirmation via our online Internet Payment Gateway (IPG), generation credits are immediately credited to your account wallet. Services are considered "delivered" as soon as credits are posted to your user dashboard.

2. Refund Eligibility Criteria

You may request a full refund under the following conditions:

• Unused Credit Packages: You purchased a Starter ($19) or Pro ($49) credit package within the last 7 calendar days and have not consumed any of the newly purchased credits.
• Duplicate Payment: A technical or payment gateway error resulted in double billing for a single transaction order.
• System Technical Failure: A system malfunction permanently prevented your requested AI audit from processing and credits were lost due to a database exception.

3. Non-Refundable Scenarios

Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:

• If purchased credits have already been expended on custom business idea audits or blueprint generations.
• If more than 7 calendar days have elapsed since the transaction date.
• If an account has been suspended or terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service.

4. How to Request a Refund

To submit a refund request, please send an email to our billing desk with your order details:

• Email address associated with your Stratyn account.
• Payment Gateway Order ID / Reference Number.
• Reason for the refund request.

Send your request to: support@stratyn.com. Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment card within 5–10 business days depending on your bank's processing schedule.
